Sharlai Hughes

Massage Therapist

Sharlai is a proud Novocastrian whose passion for movement has been a driving force throughout her life.
As a young athlete, she excelled in both dance and swimming. Later in life, Sharlai discovered a love for partner acrobatics and went on to become a certified Yoga and Acro Yoga teacher, studying internationally to expand her knowledge and skill set.

With a desire to further her understanding of the human body, Sharlai pursued a degree in Remedial Massage from TAFE.

Sharlai has skills to suit your specific needs and preferred treatment style, offering both Remedial Massage and Dry Needling.

Throughout her life, Sharlai has battled scoliosis. This has driven her to explore various approaches to pain management and mobility enhancement. As a result, she has developed a deep appreciation for the power of massage therapy to help individuals manage pain and achieve their goals, no matter their physical limitations.

Today, Sharlai is committed to sharing her expertise and passion for movement with her clients. With a warm and compassionate approach, she works closely with each individual to develop personalised treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. Whether you are an athlete seeking to improve performance or someone looking to manage chronic pain, Sharlai is dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and wellbeing.
