Kat Marik
I believe that being active should be part of everyone’s life. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build strength, looking for a new challenge or you’d like to maintain your fitness, it’s such an integral part of my life and I love to spread my joy of fitness to others.
Background
Being active has been a part of my life from a young age with Netball, Athletics and Soccer, and as an adult I discovered the world of long distance running and most recently triathlons.
In a bid to get fit again after moving out of home, I found a new sense of purpose with the gym and Les Mills classes. I became obsessed with group fitness and the bond it brought between people, so I became qualified in Body Step. My passion and skills snowballed by gaining qualifications to be a personal trainer, as well as other areas including Mat Pilates.
My Goal
To create a non-intimidating environment for my clients and offer flexible and engaging methods of training tailored for my clients to achieve their desires.
