Sporting and Fitness Background:

Growing up, Tyson put his hand up for all sports, playing Rugby League, AFL, Soccer, OzTag, Touch football and Cricket (which he still loves), giving him a sound background in exercise and sports knowledge. These days, to keep himself fit he can be seen running along the foreshore or Merewether training for his next event!

When Tyson isn’t in the clinic he enjoys going to the gym and playing Rugby League. Having grown up on the South Coast in Kiama, Tyson loves the coast and would love to hear about any spots to check out in the summertime. Tyson loves his sport, with a keen interest in NRL, EPL/European soccer and NBA but above all, loves his mighty Dragons.
