RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME

Hunter Physio are seeking a dynamic, motivated person to join our team. The successful applicant will be reliable, outgoing and dedicated. You will be able to provide excellent customer service as well as a pleasant telephone manner and good computer skills. You will be responsible for making all appointments and the meeting and greeting of all patients. In this role you will also be required to manage all incoming phone calls and emails. You will be responsible for the business's filing, mailing, banking and accounts, also maintaining a neat tidy and welcoming practice. As part of the role you will help the Physiotherapists when needed with setting up of patients when they arrive and also as required throughout their treatment. Experience in customer service or reception highly regarded. You will be required to work within the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

MASSAGE THERAPIST

Hunter Physio are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably qualified massage therapist to join our team. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience providing massage services in a sports medicine or clinical enviroment such as Hunter Physio. Whilst Hunter Physio have an existing massage clientelle and physio patients who are referred for massage, The successful applicant will be looking to encourage referrals from outside sources, and may even have their own existing clientelle.

PILATES INSTRUCTOR

An opportunity exists for a qualified Pilates Instructor to establish and co-ordinate a Pilates operation within Hunter Physio. The successful applicant is expected to manage all aspects of the Pilates operation and and to liase with our physios regarding clients receiving treatment for lumbo - pelvic hip dysfunction and/or core - re - activation programmes.

Previous experience working in a Pilates studio is essential, with additional qualifications in Sports Science or Physio highly regarded.
